I’m a little late on this kale game but better late than never right? We are fortunate enough to live close to a lot of organic farms. One in particular offers produce baskets delivered right to your door each week, with produce of your choosing. Kale has come into season here so I added that to my selection.

In a blender combine kale, milk of your choice, pb2 or peanut butter, a banana and plain greek yogurt.
Blend until smooth & enjoy!
Yummy & Healthy Kale Smoothie
1/4 cup milk
1 large handful of kale
1 tbsp pb2 powder or peanut butter
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
Put all ingredients into blender. Combine until smooth.
